#### What's New (v0.0.11) • Face the Northern Lights: one tap on Tonight opens the compass and turns you toward the aurora • A solar radiation storm alert now plays NASA's movie of the sun's recent eruptions • Home shows a tip when your storm alerts are set too high to catch a recent storm, and one if notifications are off • Settings tells you when a newer version is on the App Store • An alert now opens on the picture it was sent with, and Share Alert sends it as a picture card • If you haven't opened the app in two weeks, alerts pause. You still get a heads-up before the next two strong storms #### Previous (v0.0.10) • Redeem an offer code in the app • Text and buttons are easier to read

#### What's New (v0.0.10) NEW • Have an offer code? Redeem it in the app: on the first screen, on the Pro screen or in Settings. Pro turns on right away, and a welcome screen shows how long it's free and when it renews • A code redeemed in the App Store now turns on Pro without tapping Restore Purchases IMPROVED • Text and buttons are easier to read, in light and dark, and with Increase Contrast on • Skip and Not Now on the first screens are easier to tap #### Previous (v0.0.09) • Tonight's card tells you plainly if the northern lights could be seen from where you are right now • Trip planner and Best months help you pick the night and the month to go • The app speaks German, Finnish, Japanese, Norwegian and Swedish

#### What's New (v0.0.09) NEW • Tonight's card now tells you plainly if the northern lights could be seen from where you are right now. No more percentage • Planning a trip? See which of the next 27 nights are your best bet (Trip planner). A forecast weeks ahead can change, and it can't know the cloud • See which months have had the most strong aurora nights, going back to 1932 (Best months). There's a widget for it too • Seen the aurora? Tell others with one tap, add a photo, and see what people near you report • Get a message when someone near you reports seeing it • Stuck on a word or a number? Help in Settings explains it • The app now speaks German, Finnish, Japanese, Norwegian and Swedish • With Pro: plan a trip to anywhere, see every night, and get a heads-up when a strong aurora night is forecast #### Previous (v0.0.08) • Alerts reach your phone more reliably • Signing out and deleting your account work every time • More screens follow your phone's light or dark setting

#### What's New (v0.0.08) Repairs throughout, and alerts that reach you more reliably. ALERTS THAT ARRIVE • Your device registers for alerts more reliably, including after signing back in • A new account no longer opens with a count of alerts issued before you installed the app THE KP CHART REMEMBERS AGAIN • 30 days and a full year of history now load behind the forecast, from the archive we keep ourselves ACCOUNT SETTINGS • Signing out and deleting your account now complete properly every time • Staying in the app for a long stretch no longer interrupts account features CLEARER WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG • Account actions that don't go through now tell you what happened, instead of leaving a blank page • A brief loss of signal no longer looks like being signed out LIGHT MODE, WHERE IT BELONGS • The account, sign-in and solar detail screens follow your phone's appearance instead of forcing dark. The globes and the solar imagery stay dark on purpose #### Previous (v0.0.07) • Tonight's verdict for your exact spot now opens the app, instead of sitting behind the globe on the next tab • One message each evening, before dark, saying whether tonight is worth going outside for • A bright moon no longer writes off the whole night • After dark, the verdict uses NOAA's live reading of where the aurora actually is • The Tonight card is readable in light mode and opens in a moment

#### What's New (v0.0.07) The answer opens the app now, and on the nights it's no you hear it before you reach for your coat. TONIGHT'S ANSWER, FIRST THING • The verdict for your exact spot now opens the app, instead of sitting behind the globe on the next tab • It no longer goes missing when the aurora map's own data is down A MESSAGE EVERY EVENING • New: one message before dark, saying whether tonight is worth going outside for and what's spoiling it if it isn't • Most nights it will say no. That is the point: it saves you the drive • Switch it on from the card on a quiet night, or in Settings, under Notifications A MORE HONEST VERDICT • A bright moon no longer writes off the whole night. It washes out a faint aurora and leaves a strong one standing, which is what actually happens outside • After dark, the verdict uses NOAA's live reading of where the aurora actually is, instead of a forecast for the whole planet • The app tells you when it is measuring and when it is predicting FIXES, ALL OVER THE APP • The Tonight card is readable in light mode, opens in a moment instead of eight seconds, and no longer reloads every time you come back to the tab • It no longer grows by half its height when the forecast lands • The range picker on the Bz chart no longer drags the solar wind chart with it • One storm now gets one color, on the badge, in the list and on the card • A place you set by hand stays set, instead of snapping back to where you are • The assistant switches on as soon as Apple Intelligence finishes downloading, with no restart • When marking an alert read fails, the app says so instead of leaving the badge up #### Previous (v0.0.06) • Aurora Tonight on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, with the one thing holding tonight back • Ask the on-device assistant what a storm alert means where you are • The Kp chart reaches back 30 days and a full year, from an archive we keep ourselves • Cloud cover no longer goes missing on nights with less than an hour of darkness • Deleting your account now clears everything tied to it
