Calmeter is a calorie counter that works from a photo. Point your camera at your plate and you'll see calories, protein, carbs and fat for everything on it, usually in a few seconds.
If a photo doesn't make sense, say for a protein bar or a bag of chips, scan the barcode instead. Calmeter reads the nutrition label for you. For anything else, search the food database.
HOW IT WORKS
- Take a photo of your meal. Calmeter picks out each item, estimates the portion and adds it to your food diary.
- Scan the barcode on packaged food and the label is read automatically.
- Search the database when you'd rather type it in.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Calories, with a daily arc that shows how much you have left
- Protein, carbs and fat, each with its own daily target
- Fiber, sugar and sodium, if you're keeping an eye on those
- Water, with a daily goal
- Your weight, with a trend line so one bad morning on the scale doesn't throw you off
- Your logging streak, because showing up every day is most of the work
SET UP AROUND YOUR GOAL
When you start, tell Calmeter whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or just eat better, along with your age, height, weight and how active you are. It uses that to set your daily calorie and macro targets. Each week you get a report on how things went, and AI insights point out what to change.
CALMETER PLUS
Plus gives you unlimited AI meal scans, the full macro and micronutrient breakdown, weekly habit reports with 7, 30 and 90-day trends, and insights based on your goal.
You can try it free for 7 days. There's no charge today, and you can cancel anytime.
WHO USES CALMETER
- People trying to lose weight who want to understand what they eat without weighing every bite
- Gym-goers who want a simple protein tracker and macro tracker in one place
- Anyone who eats out a lot and wants to know what's on the plate
- People who gave up on other calorie trackers because logging took too long
