See a bird? Take a photo and let BirdDex do the rest. Our AI identifies the most likely species in seconds, giving you detailed information about what you just spotted. Every photograph earns XP toward mastering that species — the more you capture, the more of an expert you become.

Added Regional BirdDex support for a few countries/regions that were missing species data (including Australia, Austria, Cuba, Fiji, Great Britain, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and more)
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug in Search: Now you can see all the birds in the list, even when the keyboard is visible (previously the keyboard covered some search results)
Fixed some performance issues around Regional species data downloads (it now only downloads over wifi, and pauses if your image picker is open)
Vastly decrease the size of the app’s initial download
