Saving your plan is quicker. • Your plan's first steps are right where you create your account, and you're in with one tap less. • No extra profile step after sign-up: your plan is saved and you're straight in. • The plans screen says clearly what the free Premium week includes, and what the limited week doesn't.

See your plan first, and try Premium free for a week. • Type your goal and see your plan right away, before you sign up. Step 1 is small enough to start today. • Premium now starts with 7 days free, monthly or yearly. No payment today, and you can cancel anytime before it ends. • Lower prices for Premium. • The plans screen now shows your own plan and what Premium is for: your apps on hold and the screen time you earn. • A cleaner hold screen: open a held app and it shows your next step and the minutes it earns. • Subscribe Now works from New Tasks and the AI Assistant too. • Each AI step keeps its own time and difficulty, so harder steps earn more screen time.

Smoother from the first minute. • The screen time you earn shows up the moment you tick a task. • Save & Plan and Commit Plan stay in reach, no more scrolling to find them. • After reinstalling NoCrast, it reminds you to put your apps back on hold. • Closing the app picker without choosing no longer shows an error. • Privacy and terms open right in the app while you sign up.

NoCrast 2.2: from opening the app to your first finished task in two minutes. • Try it before you sign up: put your distracting apps on hold and tell NoCrast your goal first, then save it all with your account. • Your first plan is ready right away: the AI breaks your goal into small steps and puts today's on your list. • Every task you finish now shows the screen time it earned, flying straight to your shield. • A short tour of Today shows you around. • Continue with Apple is the quickest way in, and an email sign-up is confirmed with a code, right in the app. • A daily nudge to plan your day, if you want one. • A brand-new look: sleek, dark and modern, with a new icon. • Fixes for small screens, purchases and staying signed in.

NoCrast 2.0 is a big one. • Focus Shield: lock your distracting apps and earn screen time by finishing tasks. • A much shorter setup: you are planning your first goal in under a minute. • Routines now carry time, effort and focus, and fill themselves into your daily plan. • Pick your theme when you start. • Clearer messages when something goes wrong, and many fixes.
