Sharing uses the current saved PDF, and photo-heavy exports are smaller while original photos stay unchanged. Rooms now makes Upgrade to access Rooms easier to find, with existing saved content still readable. Offering Memorandum generation includes a helpful approximate time expectation.

Kora has been rebuilt around a much faster, more complete property workflow. You can now go from raw property materials to a branded Offering Memorandum, Financial Snapshot, and Projection Book from the same room. Offering Memorandums support multiple visual layouts, ordered property photography, location intelligence, financial analysis, projections, and polished property narrative, while keeping reviewed figures and financial calculations grounded in the property data. Residential Property Rooms have also received a major upgrade. Bring in a listing sheet or MLS printout, property photos, notes, and location information, then use Kora to prepare listing copy, marketing flyers, buyer materials, open-house graphics, social-ready content, and multi-page property presentations. Residential copy has been refined to sound more natural, polished, and agent-ready while still keeping the underlying property information in your control. Kora Prep is now built into both residential and income-producing rooms, giving you a one-tap high-level property briefing before a showing, phone call, client meeting, or property review. Branding has been expanded throughout the app as well. Add your agent and brokerage details once and Kora can carry your identity into reports, marketing, calculators, and client-facing exports so the work looks like it came from your business. Market Pulse and Kora’s eight real estate calculators are still here for quick everyday work, including Mortgage, Seller Net, Cap Rate, Rental Performance, Flip, Refinance, Affordability, and Commission Split. Under the hood, this release includes major improvements to financial consistency, report generation, background preparation, photo handling, text layout, report styling, and cross-device reliability. The result is the biggest Kora update yet: faster property setup, stronger intelligence, better-looking client materials, and a much shorter path from raw property information to finished professional work.

Kora Real Estate Intelligence 1.5 is a focused iPhone and iPad calculator release for real estate professionals. This update adds eight branded calculators, including Flip Calculator, lightweight Kora Market Pulse, customizable branding with logo, headshot, and color tools, polished PDF/PNG summary exports in Square, Portrait, and Landscape, and a simpler Apple-native share flow. This release also improves launch reliability, calculator scroll stability, export layouts, logo transparency handling, phone/date formatting, latest-rate copy, and the installed app label.
