CHOOSE YOUR DESTINATION
Search by country or browse regions from the native Home screen. Available plans and coverage are shown for your selected destination.
UNDERSTAND YOUR PLAN
Review the data allowance, validity, total price, coverage and activation conditions on the plan page. Availability and conditions vary by plan. Check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying.
RETURN TO YOUR ESIM
Access your orders and installation instructions through My eSIMs. Use the built-in QR scanner when an eSIM QR code is provided, or follow the instructions for your purchased plan. Installing a profile and activating a data plan are separate steps; follow your plan's conditions.
GET HELP ALONG THE WAY
Open help from the in-app browser, then return to the page you were viewing. If a payment is interrupted, check your order status before trying again.
Browsing and device tools do not require an account. Native Sign in with Apple is available for account access. Optional measurement can be disabled without losing app features.
An eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device is required to use an eSIM. Connectivity depends on your plan, supported networks and local conditions. Review the current offer and terms before purchase.
