FLX: Screen Time Blocker
Focus, App Lock & Habits
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Block distracting apps, earn mindful unlocks, and review your focus patterns.
FLX helps you turn Screen Time restrictions into a daily self-control system.
Block distracting apps, create focus scenes for work, study, sleep, and breaks, and make every unlock intentional through short challenges. Instead of just hiding apps, FLX adds a cost, a reason, and a review trail to each distraction.
Key features:
- App blocking powered by iOS Screen Time permissions
- Focus scenes for study, work, rest, and custom routines
- Unlock challenges that make impulsive opens slower
- Dopamine points that show the cost of each choice
- Weekly review for trends, unlock reasons, and progress
- Social Key requests when you want outside accountability
- Pro tools for stricter controls and deeper insights
FLX is built for students, makers, professionals, and anyone trying to reduce phone use without giving up a modern iPhone workflow.
