Make Me Walk - Your Non-Negotiable Health Companion
No excuses. No negotiations. Just walk.
Break Free from Your Screen
Are you tired of empty promises to yourself? Sick of "just five more minutes" turning into hours of scrolling? Make Me Walk is the accountability app that actually works—because it doesn't take no for an answer.
How It Works
Set your lock times. Set your step goals. That's it.
When your designated time hits, your apps lock. Instagram? Locked. TikTok? Locked. Games? Locked. The only key? Your feet.
No steps = No access. Period.
We don't do "skip this time" buttons. We don't do emergency overrides. We don't negotiate with your excuses. You want your apps back? Start walking.
Why Make Me Walk?
- Unbreakable Commitment
The only person who can unlock your apps is the healthier version of you, the one who just took those steps.
- Real Results
No gentle reminders. No motivational quotes. Just cold, hard accountability that gets you moving.
- Track Your Victory
Watch your daily steps climb. See your weekly streaks grow. Feel your energy soar. Your phone becomes your fitness tracker's best friend—once you earn it back.
- Reclaim Your Time
Suddenly, those "I don't have time to exercise" excuses vanish when the alternative is staring at a locked screen.
Perfect For:
Anyone who's said "I'll go for a walk later" 500 times
People who know they need to move more but lack the discipline
Anyone ready to turn their biggest distraction into their biggest motivator
Those who want accountability that actually has teeth
The Wake-Up Call You Need
Your phone controls you. Let's flip the script. Let your health control your phone.
Download Make Me Walk today and meet the only fitness trainer who won't let you quit: yourself.
