Hello everyone! New: Yarns & Shopping. For every color in your pattern you see the stitch count and share, and you can note the yarn, such as brand and color number. Weigh a 10 × 10 cm swatch and the app estimates the amount per color in grams and balls – perfect to take along to the yarn shop. KnitYourPhoto now also speaks Norwegian and Swedish. And under Settings › About you'll now find a link to the user manual in your language. Enjoy your next project!

Hello everyone! KnitYourPhoto now also speaks Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese – a warm welcome to everyone knitting and crocheting in Japan, Korea and China. The language list in Settings is now sorted alphabetically, so you can find your language more quickly. We've also made a few small improvements to the translations. Enjoy your next project!

This version makes the preview more beautiful and lifelike: • New project shapes: All nine project types – from pullover, scarf, hat and blanket to socks – now appear as realistic shapes instead of simple outlines. This gives you a much better sense of how your finished piece will look. • Filled background: The area between your motif and the project shape is now filled with a fitting colour derived from your image – for a more natural and harmonious overall look. Enjoy creating!

This version makes saving more pleasant and gives you more time to try things out. • Saving projects: When you save, you now see all your existing projects. Tap one to reuse its name — no more guessing what you called your last project. Projects you no longer need can be deleted right there in the list. • A relaxed 14-day trial: Instead of five photo selections you now have 14 days. During that time you can turn as many photos as you like into patterns and get to know the app at your own pace. • Now also available in Dutch: KnitYourPhoto speaks eight languages. - Knitting machine export: Export your pattern as a PNG image with exactly one pixel per stitch and only the yarn colours used – ready to use with knitting machines like Kniterate. - Can be enabled in Settings (full version required). The export button then appears right in the pattern view. Happy knitting!

What's new in this version: - Text instructions now support flat knitting: The row-by-row instructions now take the knitting direction into account. Right-side rows are shown right-to-left, wrong-side rows left-to-right – complete with a direction arrow next to each row number. - Switch instructions mode with a tap: A banner above the text instructions shows whether you're viewing the in-the-round or the flat instructions.
