Pictures chosen from your library are now resized using their real dimensions, so large photos are read reliably. • Smoother navigation. Starting a scan from Saved Products returns you to the home screen cleanly, and continuing as a guest no longer gets stuck if the device is low on storage. • Housekeeping. Preview images left over from earlier sign-ins are cleaned up automatically.

Faster, more accurate label scanning. • Smarter reading. Scanned text is now checked against a 62,000-term ingredient list, so Scan Eat can tell a real ingredient panel from a nutrition table, a barcode, or the address on the back of the box. When the text isn't clear enough to trust, it takes a closer look automatically instead of guessing. • See what we found. While your results load, recognised ingredients are marked right on your photo, with anything matching your allergens highlighted — so you can tell at a glance that the right part of the label was read. • One less step. Scans now go straight from the camera to your results. No more reviewing the text in between. • Camera fixes. Fixed a freeze when moving the camera around, and an error that could appear on the very first photo after opening the scanner. • Profile buttons. The centre button in the bar now holds your third profile — tap to scan with it, hold to edit it, the same as the two beside it. Deleting a profile clears only its own button, so the profiles you keep stay where they were.
