ReportWalk: Inspection Report
Voice Checklists & Templates
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
You talk. It fills in the form. Photos file themselves. Hundreds of ready-made inspections for every trade - or build your own in a minute.
You talk. It fills in the form. You shoot. Photos file themselves.
By the time you're back at the truck, the report is done.
ReportWalk turns a site walk into a professional, photo-backed report — without an evening at the laptop.
HOW A WALK WORKS
• Pick a ready-made inspection — or build your own template.
• Talk about what you see. One spoken thought can fill five fields: conditions, ratings, measurements, dates. Your side commentary lands in the notes by itself.
• Shoot fast. Every photo is classified and filed into the right slot of the report automatically.
• Before you leave, a calm final sweep shows anything required that's still missing — so a forgotten shot never costs you a return trip. When you're done, it says so: "You're covered."
BUILT FOR THE FIELD, NOT THE OFFICE
• Works completely offline. Basements, crawlspaces, dead zones — everything saves to your iPhone or iPad first and syncs itself when you're back in signal. Nothing is ever lost.
• Full-resolution photos, always. Originals are preserved untouched, with GPS, time and weather sealed into every shot — evidence, not just pictures.
• Templates adapt mid-walk. Missing a field? Add it on the spot. Section doesn't apply? Turn it off and it vanishes from the report. Keep the changes as your own template for next time.
THE DELIVERABLE
• Branded reports in your company color, with your logo and signature.
• Deficiency summary up front, photo evidence throughout.
• Share as a polished PDF or a live web link your client opens on any device.
YOUR BACK-CATALOG, SEARCHABLE
Ask questions in plain language — "where did I see that cracked flashing?" — and get answers cited to the exact walk and field, across every inspection you've ever done.
WHO IT'S FOR
Home and building inspectors, roofers and storm-damage assessors, solar installers, restoration techs, property managers, HVAC and trades, facilities teams. Hundreds of ready-made inspection templates to browse and install, plus a full builder for your own.
YOUR CLIENTS ARE YOURS
We never market to your clients, never sell them anything, never touch your client list. Your reports carry your brand — not ours.
