Buggy and Fails to Recognize Purchases
Aug 21

I am a start up Catering Business owner and this looked like a great solution. The price for the pro version that unlocks the real power of the app is a good value if it would work. They want you to purchase and annual but offer a monthly. When trying the monthly they took my order but the functionality does not enable, and when you try to restore purchase it shows none were made although Apple shows and active subscription.

Developer Response
Mike, we’re sorry your Pro subscription didn’t unlock correctly after purchase. You were right to expect it to work immediately. Since your report, we’ve released an update addressing subscription recognition and purchase restoration. Please update CateringPilot to the latest version and reopen the app. Thank you for working directly with us and for helping us identify the issue. If any Pro feature remains locked, please contact our support team so we can assist right away.

CateringPilot 2.0 brings back the complete professional workflow: analytics, quotes, smart shopping lists, menu and package planning, event tracking, client management, production prep, and reliable cross-device access. We also improved navigation, subscription restoration, and overall stability.
