Claude can edit clients, the Tax Overview opens up, and a client's year at a glance. - Claude Desktop on the Mac can change a client: ask Claude to update one and Admin opens that client's own form with the changes filled in, for you to check and save. Claude also sees the whole client record now, payment terms and your own client fields included, and can set them when it adds a client. - A client's sheet opens on an Overview tab: one bar per month with that client's turnover in the currency you bill them in, split by job status. Job statuses wear the same colours everywhere. - Tax Overview: tap Netherlands, EU or Rest of World to see what is behind the figure, line by line, with the total at the bottom. EU (box 3b) and the EU Services list count jobs by the period you delivered them, so both always match. Rest of World no longer says Box 3a. - A renamed client keeps its old invoices everywhere: the Tax Overview, the client sheet and the payment lists find an invoice's client through its jobs when the name no longer matches. - Claude Haiku 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5 are in the model list, and chat titles are named by Haiku 5.5. Claude Sonnet 4.5 is gone; anything pinned to it runs on Sonnet 5.5. - About shows a copyright line that moves with the calendar.

Moving from another tool? Import your job history from a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) under Settings, Data Management, Import Data. LSP.expert's job export is recognised as it is. You see what will happen before anything is saved, and importing the same file twice adds nothing. Several jobs or expenses from one message now open one review list: check or change any row, skip what you don't want, and Save All. Deadlines from it go to the calendar in one step. The year follows the calendar by itself. Jobs, Expenses, Invoices and Private Draws open on the current year and move to the new one on New Year's Day, with nothing to tap. Asking the assistant about your business now searches all your jobs, invoices, expenses, letters and notes, not just the latest ones, and says how many it found. Sharing to Admin from other apps shows up as LinguaAI Admin, looks like the rest of the app, and Cancel really cancels. Also new: Claude Opus 5.5, a pencil and a share button on every note, and Enter sends the comment after a photo upload when you have a keyboard. Fixed: several expenses from one message no longer overwrite each other, and a job's deadline goes into the calendar for its actual status.

It's a per-device setting, meant for the big screen on the Mac. - On the Mac, the Jobs, Clients, Expenses and Invoices tables now use the full width of the window, and forms and detail sheets grow with the window instead of staying phone-sized. - The two cards on the Home screen only settle into place after you've been away for an hour; on quick re-opens they're simply there already. Same behavior now in Studio, Terminology, The Verdict and Sillage. Switching desktops no longer makes them reappear. - Switching away from Admin during an export no longer produces a crash report. The app keeps its background time until the system calls time, rather than giving up early. - Every total is PO money now. Jobs entered with an estimate keep that estimate in the job list, but once invoiced against a PO, every total reflects the PO amount instead: client turnover, language breakdown, monthly history, profit, average job value, the turnover and invoice status cards, and the chat's business figures. A client's handoffs and monthly PO now reconcile to the cent. - The chat assistant can finally edit jobs and expenses. Asking it to change a job used to open the New Job sheet and create a duplicate, with the wrong invoice following behind. Now an edit opens the real Edit sheet, prefilled with the changes, so you can check and save. It matches the job against every word you give it, across title, client, company, PO and invoice number, with an exact PO always winning. When several jobs match, it asks instead of guessing. Deleting names the job's created date so two look-alikes don't get mixed up. And it only says "Updated" when something actually was. - Quitting Admin on the Mac no longer leaves a crash report behind. The app waits up to five seconds for an in-flight iCloud sync to finish, then exits cleanly instead of getting cut off mid-write by the system.

VAT (now renamed to Tax) Overview: EU Services (ICP) The VAT Overview now includes an Intra-Community Services section for quarterly tax filing. You can see all EU clients you've invoiced, grouped by country and VAT number, with totals per period. Non-EUR invoices are automatically converted to EUR using the official ECB exchange rate on the invoice date. Also now showing: a paid invoices summary for VAT purposes.
