Pizzapp – Your diary for the perfect pizza
Pizzapp isn’t just a simple dough calculator: it’s a true personal journal for anyone who loves kneading, experimenting, and improving.
It calculates ingredient quantities based on hydration, salt, fermentation… but above all, it saves all your recipes, lets you add notes, and refine them each time until you create your ideal pizza.
Main features
• Ingredient calculator for Neapolitan pizza, pan pizza, pizza on peel, biga, and more.
• Recipe journal: save every dough with date, quantities, and results.
• Personal notes: jot down what to change next time (more hydration, less yeast, different timings…).
• Quick search through your saved recipes.
• Experiment and improve: compare different versions and find the perfect recipe for your taste.
Why choose Pizzapp
• You never lose a recipe: every experiment stays in your journal.
• It guides you step by step in calculating quantities.
• It helps you grow as an amateur or professional pizzaiolo.
• It’s designed for those who want to create, not just calculate.
