Inner Log is a journal app that helps you reflect by answering three prompts a day, and then turns your week into a gentle story with AI. By separating events, emotions, and thoughts, you
can naturally notice daily insights and changes in your mindset. It’s designed to be easy to keep going even if you struggle with long writing.
How it works
1. Answer three prompts in “Today’s Log”

- A moment that moved you (internal reactions)
- A theme you were thinking about (thoughts)

2. Review entries by date in “Past Logs”
3. “Weekly Story” generates a story from your week’s records
