I’ve tried quite a few apps for anxiety and Anxiety Loop is so accessible! The daily check- ins are easy and tracking patterns are very helpful. What I like about the Anxiety Loop is how lightweight it is. You start checking in once or twice a day and over time you start seeing patterns and insights into what could be causing it and how it affects. This helps me a lot in managing my anxiety and being more productive. Thanks!
