The Smart Printer app for HP never worked correctly for me. Despite canceling my subscription, I was still being charged. Yesterday, I spoke with an Apple advisor who assured me that the refund would be processed. However, I was denied the refund for the second time, and I will no longer allow the app to be reviewed. It’s frustrating that this app stole my money!

I have had so many issues with the printer such as constant paper jams & an error that disrupts the printing process .. I have reached out before but never got a response. The printer is pretty much useless at this point. Only 2 years into purchase with light use.

I’ve had my printer for many years. I seldom use it. Thought I would download the app to make printing easier from my phone. There’s no way I’m paying $9.99 a week!! What ordinary household prints that much? That’s crazy. I already bought the printer and ink ( also expensive).
