I have used the TipHaus site for a while now, but the app is absolutely fantastic. It’s user friendly and works quickly. I can see my tips during the shift and easily navigate how much I made each week. I definitely recommend this app for all restaurants!!

I’m sure I’ll change my app rating, but currently it is stuck on a loading screen after I have put in my credentials. Reinstalling the app hasn’t worked and there is no way for me to contact support, just a link to FAQ through the App Store. Hopefully this will get me some help!

- Editing cash tips is easier to get to on your shifts.
- Rearranging widgets is smoother — dragging starts the moment you touch the handle, and sorting has been updated.
- Distribution Settings shows only your active tip pool and tip share rules.
- Tip distribution rules now appear in a clearer order.
- Better guidance if your account isn't linked to a workplace yet.
Fixes
- The app no longer gets stuck on the loading screen — you'll get a retry option if the connection drops.
- You can sign out from the lock screen if Face ID isn't cooperating.
- Your current pay period now loads correctly by default.
