This update makes it easier to complete inspections, generate polished reports, and share them with clients. • Added a guided survey workflow that helps you see what still needs attention before a report is ready. • Simplified report generation so the main path creates an optimized full report with fewer setup steps. • Moved detailed report settings into Advanced Options for users who still want full control. • Improved PDF exports for photo-heavy reports, with smaller report images and clearer guidance when a file is better shared through Files or iCloud. • Improved report layout so photos and checklist content are less likely to break awkwardly across pages. • Updated section completion logic so a section only shows complete when its items are actually complete. • Added uploaded standards PDFs as a private, view-only reference library during inspections. • Added a Reference PDFs button in the finding citation area so you can look up standards while writing a finding. • Kept uploaded standards PDFs as reference material only; they are no longer used to automatically verify or assign finding citations. • Improved AI-assisted report writing so it uses the survey inspection date instead of today’s date. • Renamed data export tools as Advanced Export and kept them separate from the main report workflow. • Added promo code redemption access from subscription screens. • Fixed numeric entry fields that could incorrectly add decimal values. This release also includes reliability improvements and report export fixes.

Bug fixes and improved the export process.

This version adds a synced personal standards library. Users can now import their own standards PDFs, keep them privately synced across their devices, and use those documents to override the app’s default standards when verifying citations. It also contains a bug fix that prevented auto syncing between iPhone and iPad. The fix should allow automatic data syncing between devices. It also changes how citations are handled everywhere in the app. Findings, reports, and exports now distinguish between Verified Standards (User Source), Default App References, and Additional Unverified References. On top of that, the shipped ABYC default list was cleaned up against ABYC’s public standards list so the default citation names are more accurate.
