Log multiple placements per case. Peripheral IVs, arterial lines, central lines, and ultrasound-guided vascular access now let you enter how many you performed, so each one counts correctly toward your COA totals. Peripheral IV moved to Vascular Access for quicker logging, since it's the most common. New "Other" anatomical category for cases that don't fit a specific site (e.g., nasal, facial, breast, superficial torso). Partial-day time off. Request a ¼, ½, ¾, or full day off — perfect for partial coverage on 12-hour shifts. Fixed: a half-day time-off request no longer deducts a full day from your balance. For coordinators & faculty: student cards now flag anyone who hasn't logged study or didactic time in the past week, and admins are notified the moment a new procedure is submitted for approval. Terminology update: "Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring" is now "Advanced Non-Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring" to match COA.

Real-time and offline reliability are the focus of this release. Navisthesia v1.5.1 - May 15, 2026 New Features Students can now delete cases by swiping left on any case in the Recent Cases or All Cases list. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletions. COA progress, transcripts, and analytics update automatically. Preferred Name field added throughout the platform. Students, school admins, clinical coordinators, and super admins can set a preferred name (e.g., "Mike" for "Michael") used in greetings. Transcripts and official documents continue to use the legal full name. Login history is now visible to school admins and clinical coordinators on the Manage Students page, and to faculty on the My Students page. Each student card shows last login time, with a history button for the full login log.
