Improved - Set product add-ons while adding in bulk: When you add products from your gallery, you can now include each item's add-ons as you go, and apply them to your whole upload in one tap, instead of going back to edit every product afterwards. - See who's driving sales on your team: The Members grid now shows each teammate's sales over the last 30 days, with your top sellers first, and each person's profile fills in their real deliveries and activity instead of sitting blank.

New - A code for every product: Every item now has its own short Paylo code, shown as a scannable barcode you can print as a shelf label or add to a share card for the platforms where links don't work. Improved - Copy a product or service link in a tap: When you share a single product or service, you can now copy its link straight away and paste it anywhere, right alongside the ready-to-post image. - A steadier order list: Order history now loads in a way that cannot lose its place, and once your store passes 500 orders, scrolling to the bottom keeps loading the rest.

Review, rename, or drop any, then approve. It keeps the names you already use, and flags when a different one would serve shoppers better. Organising now runs in the background, so you can lock your phone and watch it finish on your lock screen. Fixed - Your inventory opens smoothly even with thousands of products, with no pause or freeze while the list loads.

New - See your whole day at a glance: Activity now opens with the numbers that matter: money taken, how many sales, who is working, and anything worth a second look. Every line reads like a sentence, so you know who did what, for how much, and on which till. - Know who is selling and who is stuck: Team shows each person with today's numbers on their tile. Tap anyone to see their week, whether they are picking up or slowing down, and what they have been doing. One line at the top tells you who cannot sell yet because they have not set a PIN. - Decide refunds without having to ask: Every request now shows the item, its photo, and the reason your staff member gave in their own words. You will also be told when someone is asking for far more refunds than usual. Improved - Tills are easier to tell apart at a glance, and switching between your stores takes one tap.

Ready in this build: a Customers screen that shows who is yours and who is on the way, adding the customers you already have from your contacts so you're never charged on them, fee reasons on every order and settlement, a "This is my customer" button that returns a fee instantly, a plan page that compares plans using your own sales, and a till step that sends a customer their receipt and warranty by phone number. Improved - Stock a whole shelf in one scanning session: Scan a barcode, tap "Add and scan the next", and the camera comes straight back for the next product — with a running count of everything you've added so far. Each product you scanned lines up for review, and the review screen has its own scan button for the one you spot at the end. The scanner also feels properly alive now: a beep and a tick the moment a code is read, just like the till, a sweep line so you can see it looking, and codes that aren't product barcodes are turned away on the spot instead of sending you to an error screen. - Better results for barcodes Paylo doesn't know yet: Type the product's name to point the identification in the right direction, or skip straight to adding it by hand — the barcode and anything you typed carry over either way. When a result comes back and the catalog isn't fully sure of it, the app now says so, so you can check the details while the product is still in your hand.

New - Give each teammate exactly the right access: A new permissions screen in Team & Devices lets you switch individual abilities on or off per member, so someone can sell at the till without being able to change prices or see your reports. - Invite pickers and riders with just a phone number: Add them from Team and they join by scanning the code right on your screen — no links to type, no waiting. - Two free months of the Business plan, on us: If your store has free months waiting, a banner on your Home screen says so. They start with your next sale, and there is nothing to set up. Once they're running, your plan page shows Complimentary access with the exact date your free period ends: nothing to cancel, no charge coming. - Your barcodes, right on the product page: Products linked to the Paylo catalog show their retail barcode on screen, sharp enough to scan straight from your phone — and products sold under more than one code, like different regional versions, show every one, clearly labelled. New - Print your store flyer in-app: "Share your store:" now makes more than a QR code! It makes the poster too. Pick a size (A5 poster or A6 counter card) and one of seven colours, and get a print-ready flyer with your store name, your QR code, and your link, ready for the shop wall or the counter. Share it, save it, or send it straight to a printer from the app. Improved - Harder to block: Some internet providers cut off parts of the web without warning. Paylo Business now checks its route to Paylo every time it opens and quietly switches to a backup route if your provider has blocked the usual one — nothing to set up, it just keeps working.

New - Sell in person with POS mode: You can now use your phone as a POS device for your shop. Set it up once from Account → Payments & Finance → POS Terminal, then open the till with Face ID or your PIN. Search or tap products to build a sale, hold to confirm how the customer paid (cash, transfer, or card), and every sale comes straight out of your stock so your inventory stays right. - Scan it, sell it. The till also reads barcodes! Tap the scan icon beside search, point the camera at a product's barcode, and it lands in the sale ready to go. No typing, no scrolling through your catalogue while a queue builds. - Secure Handoff: While the till is open, the app stays locked in POS mode, even if it's closed and reopened. Only your PIN or Face ID unlocks it back to the rest of the app, so the device is safe on the counter. Forgot the PIN mid-trade? Reset it on the spot with your account password. - Your terminal is yours alone: Setting up a till, changing its PIN, or removing your PIN all need your account password, and you get an email the moment any of them happen. You add your price and stock, and you're done. - Scan to complete an item you already sell: While editing a product, scan its barcode and Paylo compares your listing with the catalog — apply the suggested details with one tap, or just attach the barcode so the till scanner recognizes it. If the barcode belongs to a different product, you'll be warned before anything is linked. Improved - Colors you can actually see: When picking a product variant at the till, each color option now carries a swatch of the real shade, drawn from the same palette shoppers see in the Paylo app. Emerald looks like emerald on every screen. Fixed - The app tells you when something doesn't go through: Uploads, saves, and deletes used to fail quietly on a weak connection. You'd tap and nothing would happen. Now you see what went wrong and what to try. Items that already uploaded stay uploaded, so retrying never creates duplicates. And when you update several orders at once, you'll know exactly how many made it.

Fixed - Instagram and WhatsApp imports now stand on their own. Starting one no longer shows the other's progress, each import checks verification for the store you're actually working on, the "ready to review" count, and the alert when your products are ready always match the right platform. - The number on the app icon used to stick around after you'd already handled everything it was pointing to.
