The mobile app connects staff intake to the broader IDEA Platform. Facilities, IT, and operations teams can route and assign requests, track work status, and maintain comments, files, and work records in IDEA. Platform workflows also support preventive maintenance and asset context, depending on the selected modules and configuration.

In supported configurations, view campus maps and building floor plans, find rooms and equipment, and open mapped work orders to update progress and add comments.
