Choose separate datasets, one file per data type, a combined table, or daily summaries. Make exports your own Include source and device details, add sample metadata, and split large CSV tables into smaller files. Clearer category labels make your data easier to work with.

PulsHealth accounts: apply for an account and, once approved, sign in from the app to sync to the PulsHealth database. You can still use your own database, and Explore and Export work without an account. Data Requests: create and open links or QR codes for selected data and dates. Review each request, then share a ZIP or send it to the HTTPS destination you approve. Requests do not enable ongoing sync. Recovery HRV: on iOS 27, PulsHealth can now sync the RMSSD heart rate variability your Apple Watch records on watchOS 27, next to the HRV it already sends. Turn it on in Sync → Raw Samples → Heart. Aggregates, simpler: the Sync tab now has two sections, Raw Samples and Aggregates, each with its own list. Add a measurement to Aggregates and it sends a daily total or average, which your database's daily charts and AI assistants use; Match Raw Samples does it for everything you sync. Add hourly, weekly or per-device ones on the type's page, with a preview. Export uses the same lists. Fixes an Explore histogram crash when values fall outside the reference range. Activity diagnostics can now be exported from either the Log or Background segment.

Open one to see its past year: how many samples you have, from which apps and devices, how the values are spread and how much arrives each day. • Export: build each export on its own. Pick the types and any hourly or daily series, choose a preset range or your own start and end dates, and write CSV or JSONL files, zipped into one if you like. No database needed. • Sync: one place for your database, the synced data, the status of each type and the activity log. • Setup is four short pages. Choose your data, start exploring, and connect your own database from the Sync tab whenever you like. • Analysis summaries are kept on your iPhone so a type opens instantly next time. Delete Analysis, under Settings, removes them all. • iOS 27: share only the past 30 days of Health history and PulsHealth says so, leaves your database's older data untouched, and syncs the rest by itself once you allow all of it. • Everything from 1.5: export without a database, faster pairing, recent data first, and syncing that keeps going in the background.

• Guided first-run setup: scan the pairing code your server prints, or type the URL and token and test the connection before you continue. • Your server token is stored in the iOS Keychain. • Sync progress is kept per server, so switching servers never mixes up what was sent. • The log shows how much of each upload was new to your server. • On a new setup, recent daily summaries upload first, so your server has something to show while history backfills. • Fixes: no false "backfill complete" for types that produced no samples, and setup can no longer stall on the medications permission step.
