Kadero is the all-in-one inspection app for Dutch building professionals. Perform NEN 2767 condition assessments efficiently with a structured workflow — from scoping and on-site capture to final reporting.
Key features:
• Structured NEN 2767 workflow – Follow the standard step by step: define scope, map building elements, record defects with severity ratings, and generate condition scores automatically.
• On-site data capture – Add photos, voice memos, and notes to each element directly in the field. No more juggling paper forms and separate camera apps.
• Smart project management – Organize inspections by project, track progress across multiple buildings, and keep your team aligned with real-time status updates.
• Timeline & history – View a chronological log of every inspection activity so you always know what happened and when.
• Professional PDF reports – Export ready-to-share inspection reports that meet client and regulatory expectations.
• Offline-ready – Start inspections even without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
Built specifically for the Dutch construction and maintenance industry, Kadero helps inspectors, consultants, and facility managers save time, reduce errors, and deliver higher-quality reports.
Download Kadero and modernize the way you inspect buildings.
more Your usual order
In a new report per element, the elements in the Rapportstructuur stand in the order you usually keep, unless you sort the report yourself.
Improvements
- Stability and sync improvements.
2.11.0 2d ago
New in this version
Your checklist on the phone
An inspection's checklist is the same on the phone as on web. If the checklist is still empty and you are online, pick one of your saved checklists under Gebruik een opgeslagen checklist. An item in the checklist has a camera button that takes photos for that item straight away.
Give an element your own name
In a report built per element, choose Eigen naam geven when you confirm the element. In a Vrije inspectie you name what you photographed right after the photos.
Improvements
- The app works more reliably when you start without a connection and come back online later.
- Stability and sync improvements.
2.10.0 Oct 7
New Features
• Element Checklist: Review your corpus as a human-readable mobile checklist, featuring element sections, inspection points, and a focused “this element” view during recording.
• Photo Organizer: Uploaded photos are now grouped into an AI-detected pool, allowing you to seamlessly drag and drop individual photos or entire groups directly into your report structure.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
• Photo Annotation Recovery: Fixed issues where recovered photo annotations were missing or not persisting after an app restart. Cached annotated images are now automatically found, re-associated, and re-uploaded.
• Reliable Uploads & Camera: Improved network retry logic for transient server errors during mobile photo uploads, and introduced bounded retries with crash prevention for camera failures.
• Voice Recording Stability: Enhanced error handling and diagnostic telemetry for unexpected voice recording stops, timeouts, or unmounts.
2.9.0 Aug 31
Two of the same element now stay genuinely separate. If a building has two dormers or two bedrooms, each one keeps its own photos, notes, condition score and text, from the first capture through to the finished PDF.
New
- Create projects on your phone, with the same fields as the web version: address lookup, report type, cost library, planning horizon, client details and scheduling.
- Landscape support on tablets. The capture screen now works in landscape.
- More realistic cost proposals per element, based on a fully rebuilt cost library.
Improved
- Marking something "Nader onderzoek" or "Niet toegankelijk" now applies to the instance you marked, not to every other one. The mark also reaches the condition overview, the appendix and the PDF.
- Picking a room that already exists now asks you first, instead of silently creating a duplicate.
- Deleting a section actually deletes it. The photos, notes and findings do not come back after syncing.
- Your selected element details and properties survive an app restart.
- Cleaner Dutch text. Malformed sentences no longer reach the report, and a material or variant is only suggested when you can correct it yourself.
- Street name and house number are no longer joined by a comma on the completion screen and the cover page.
- On tablets, the bottom bar and scroll button stay within the content width.
2.6.0 Aug 24
This version brings a smoother inspection flow and clearer reports.
Capturing on site
• Rooms are grouped into five families and elements sit under their parent group, so you find the right one faster.
• Inspection actions now live in a toolbar at the bottom, and finishing your inspection is part of the natural walk-through.
• Open project notes, the cover page, and project details at any moment during the inspection.
• Add your own surface ("Extra vlak") wherever the preset surfaces fall short.
Trustworthy reports
• An element only counts as inspected once it carries real evidence. At completion you see per element whether something still needs attention.
• Project preparation starts from ready-made checklists per building type, adjustable per project.
• NHG reports: costs, storeys, applicant address, and photo captions now carry through correctly.
Reliability
• Photo element detection recovers automatically after a dropped connection.
• Fixed a crash that could occur right after completing an inspection.
• Sturdier offline storage and syncing, plus general improvements.

1.3.0 May 1
This update improves the completion flow, makes synchronization more reliable, and speeds up working in

orphaned media files are automatically recovered.

a glance.
- Faster transcription via a server-side wait loop, no unnecessary retries on the phone.
- Read-only inspections are clearly locked to prevent accidental changes.
