Fixes login failures caused by the app retrying rejected verification requests.
- Login no longer retries a rejected reCAPTCHA assessment. The previous behaviour fired up to four verification requests per tap, which reCAPTCHA scored as excessive traffic and rejected — the retry caused the failure it was retrying.
- Clearer message when verification is refused, asking the user to wait rather than retry immediately.
Does not include the Force App Update feature, which is pending QA.
