tab4work: Employee Time Clock
Clock in & out, staff hours
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
A simple, affordable employee time clock and clocking in system in the cloud.
tab4work turns your iPad into a time clock kiosk for your business, and lets your staff clock in and out from their own iPhone too, with the GPS location saved on every punch. You see your whole team's hours worked from anywhere, always up to date.
No expensive clocking machines and no installation: download the app, add your employees and start tracking attendance today.
TWO WAYS TO CLOCK IN
• iPad time clock kiosk: mount it at the entrance and each employee clocks in and out with a personal PIN in a single tap.
• Clock in from iPhone with GPS: ideal for sales reps, technicians, site workers or remote staff. Every punch saves the location, so you know where it was recorded.
WORKING HOURS IN THE CLOUD
• Every clock-in is stored securely in the cloud and synced instantly.
• Check each employee's hours worked from any device.
• Complete, ordered history of clock-ins, breaks and clock-outs.
• Fix forgotten or wrong punches from the admin panel.
TIMESHEET REPORTS
• Filter by employee and month and export timesheets to PDF.
• Ready for your accountant, payroll, internal audits or a labour inspection.
BUILT FOR COMPLIANCE
In Spain, daily recording of working hours is mandatory for every company. tab4work helps you keep a reliable, objective time record stored in the cloud, ready for digital time tracking.
