AlterID
Find Yourself
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Want to understand yourself better and explore what you feel? Alterid listens
without judgment, through guides who each see things a little differently.
YOUR EMOTION JAR
Record your daily thoughts, memories and feelings. Each memory becomes a bead
in its own colour, and over time your jar turns into a map of your emotions.

helps you work through them.

• Notice patterns you had not seen before
