Welcome to Daily Balance 2.0. A calmer space for your day, with a capybara by the water and a playful new design. • Set up to three intentions for the whole week, alongside your daily priorities. • Plan priorities for a specific day and find them in Today when that day arrives. • Keep separate monthly intentions in your calendar. • See completed priorities more clearly, and reopen them whenever you need. • Enjoy a calendar that stays within the screen and scrolls vertically. • Choose less motion, turn off haptics, or hide your companion. Your reflections, notes, intentions backlog and familiar daily tools are still here.

A small, steady step forward. NEW - an intentions backlog Park anything you might do, without a deadline. Each morning the ritual offers what's waiting, and you pull up to three into today. Add a note, or one gentle one-off reminder. Nothing goes red, nothing nags. ALSO • Tapping a reminder now opens the right place - the daily one starts your ritual, the priority one opens your intentions • Export everything you've written as a file, from Settings • Goals can now be edited and deleted, not just completed • Delete a note by holding it in the list FIXED • The keyboard no longer stays open when you move between ritual steps • Priorities now appear correctly in the widget • Weekly reflections and older photos now sync across your devices • A calmer onboarding, in your language, with better spacing on iPad Thank you for keeping this space calm.

We're bringing more calm and magic into your daily routine! Here's what's new in this update: Magical Zen Pond: We've completely redesigned the Zen Garden! Capybara Fashion: Your capybara now proudly wears its equipped hat everywhere-including during your breathing exercises and while relaxing on a lily pad in the Zen Pond! General Improvements: We've squashed some bugs and optimised the experience for a smoother, more relaxing app.
