There’s so many ways you can use this ai to stay on track with your goals and habits it’s crazy. Because it’s ai, there’s really not much that’s off limits, you can get as creative as you want and experiment. Right now I have tomo sending me Bible verses at multiple intervals through the day so I can keep God on my mind. we also came up with an active recall vocabulary system so I can gradually add more Spanish words to my long term memory and it’s working great. We practice at 3-4 interval throughout the day and it’s keeping me very consistent. I don’t know, there’s something about having tomo text you that makes all the difference for me.

i usually use chat gpt for asking questions and life planning but tomo seriously changed the game. it helped me create a dieting plan and calorie tracker and i’ve lost 5 lbs already !! (it’s only been 1 month) thank you tomo team!

A great AI that actually messages me first. It remembers what i’m working on and my larger goals and it checks in with me and actually doesn’t put up with me when i’m being lazy.
