I Ching: Hexagram Reading
Cast, understand, ask more
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Enjoy a smoother experience on iPhone Duo and other foldable phones, with improved readings and optimized app performance.
Ask one clear question, shake your phone, and get a hexagram reading you can act on.
Your reading covers the primary hexagram, any moving lines, the relating hexagram, and practical guidance for the question you asked — written in modern language, not archaic translation.
How it works
1. Type the question you are weighing.
2. Shake your phone to cast. Quick casting builds all six lines from one shake; slow casting takes one shake per line.
3. Read the interpretation, then ask follow-up questions about your own situation.
What you get
- Primary and relating hexagrams from all 64, with moving lines marked
- Modern, readable interpretation tied to the question you asked
- Follow-up questions on a completed reading
- History of every past reading
- Readings in your own language
Free and subscription
Every day includes free readings and a free follow-up session. Subscriptions remove the daily casting limit and open unlimited follow-up questions on completed readings. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be managed in your App Store account.
