あらかじめ緊急連絡先（家族や友人）を1名設定。数日間チェックインが途切れた場合、システムが翌日に自動でメールを送信します。異常のサインをいち早く伝え、万が一の際に対応するための時間を確保します。

面倒な会員登録やログインは一切不要。初回起動時に連絡先の氏名とメールアドレスを入力するだけで設定完了です。毎日の操作はアプリを開いてタップするだけ。バックグラウンドで状態を監視するため、日常のルーティンを妨げず、誰でも簡単に使いこなせます。
