Life's greatest rhythms come in pairs. Focus and rest. Intensity and ease. David keeps the rhythm so you can stay present. Simple. Elegant. Balanced. Keep it David Timed. **David's Dual Time Keeper: The Philosophy of Perfect Balance** Meet David—time-keeping virtuoso, interval maestro, and firm believer that life's greatest rhythms come in pairs. David discovered something profound: everything worth doing alternates between two states. Focus and rest. Intensity and ease. Push and breathe. The universe doesn't operate on single, monotonous intervals—it pulses, it alternates, it breathes. Whether you're working in focused sprints, training with intervals, practicing meditation, or studying efficiently—David keeps the rhythm so you can stay present. **How it works** Set Interval A. Set Interval B. Choose your cycles. Press start. The timer oscillates between them—cleanly, predictably, beautifully. Distinct tones and haptic patterns signal each transition. The interface stays out of your way. **Need flexibility?** • Save your favorite setups as named profiles for instant reuse • Add a start delay to settle in before beginning • Adjust alert volume to your preference David believes the metronome shouldn't just tick—it should dance between two states, honoring both effort and recovery, both yin and yang. Simple. Elegant. Balanced. *"Time well kept is time well spent." —David (probably)* **Features** * Dual-interval timing with configurable cycles * Named profiles for quick reuse * Start delay and adjustable alerts * Distinct tones + haptic feedback * No subscriptions. No ads. No tracking. Keep the balance. Keep the rhythm. Keep it David.
