Sitabula: Site Management
Construction Site Management
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
In construction cost management, the biggest risk is rarely a single budget line. It is scattered data, late records and processes nobody can follow. Work is done on site but shows up at the office days later; quantity take-offs and progress payments are split across spreadsheets; documents live in different places. Decisions slow down, errors creep in and financial forecasts lose their footing.
Sitabula is a construction site management platform built to reduce these risks by bringing site operations under one roof. It records data on the mobile device the moment it is created on site, and gives the project team and management a standard, traceable and auditable view of operations.
What management gains
- ROI and efficiency: less repeated manual entry and reconciliation; processes that close faster
- Lower risk: work that used to stay verbal is put on record; fewer errors in progress payments and quantities
- Traceability and audit trail: status, notes, photos and documents for every work item, verifiable after the fact
- Standard process: a shared language between site and office; every team works in the same format
- Management reporting: KPIs and filterable reports for an up-to-date picture and better decisions
Scope: one platform, 19 integrated modules
