Every feature below requires an active subscription, which starts with a 7-day free trial. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose which apps to pause. PreScroll only protects what you pick. 2. Set your rhythm. Pick your unlock duration (5 to 30 minutes) and a daily time limit. 3. Open a paused app. A learning card appears before you get access. 4. Unlock intentionally. The app opens for your chosen session length, then locks again automatically.
