Streamline your leadership organization. Visualize member callings, manage upcoming changes safely, never forget a release, and keep your data 100% private. Calling Board is a dedicated, tablet-only utility designed specifically for Bishoprics in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. By transforming the standard Called Member Report into an intuitive, visual dashboard, this app helps you manage ward callings, track progress, and ensure no member is overlooked, all with absolute data privacy. Streamlined Calling Workflow Move away from scattered notes and spreadsheets. Track every calling through a clear, four-stage pipeline: Current: See exactly who is serving where right now. Working: Brainstorm and discuss potential changes as a bishopric. Proposed: Keep track of callings extended and awaiting a response. Approved: Ready for the next step. Powerful Ward Insights & Visualization Instant Roster Ingestion: Quickly import your ward's roster data to populate the board. Interactive Visualization: Preview the "domino effect" of a release before you make it. See instantly who will be left without a calling or what vacancies will open up. Global Search: Find any member or calling in seconds. Custom Additions: Easily add custom callings or temporary positions unique to your ward. Robust Reporting & Artifacts Multiple Callings & Tenure Track: Generate reports highlighting members holding multiple callings or those who have served for an extended duration. Pulpit Ready: Automatically generate ready-to-read scripts for sustaining and releasing members during Sacrament meeting. Clerk Exports: Create clean PDF artifacts to hand directly to your Ward Clerk for official LCR data entry. 100% Air-Gapped Privacy We understand the sacred and confidential nature of ward data. Calling Board is built with security as the absolute highest priority: Local Storage Only: All data is housed strictly on your tablet. Zero Internet/Cloud Connectivity: The app never connects to the internet, uses no cloud databases, and does not track your data. No Ads, No Subscriptions: Completely free to use, with no hidden catches or analytics. You Control the Data: Data only leaves the device when you explicitly choose to export a PDF report.
