I love the simplicity of this app. I like the check-in questions post-run and how it modifies your run schedule based on your feedback. I like how it works for either outside or treadmill running. And I REALLY love the bar charts. Highly recommend!!!

A gentler bridge across the big jumps, and a plan that bends when life does.
The transition between gentle running and steady running is now a gradual 3-week bridge instead of a wall. If life only allows 2 sessions a week, your plan adjusts to fit, and adjusts back when your rhythm changes.
