Calmer, faster, and more yours • A Calmer Look: A quieter background in light and dark mode, one heading style throughout, and layouts that hold up at every text size. • Your Score, Treated Fairly: Logging a win no longer lowers your Career Score. Quick entries get 48 hours to gain detail, new goals count once you've had time to work on them, and the advice now points to what will move your score most. • Quicker Logging: Start typing the moment you tap Log, swipe left on an entry to delete it (with Undo), and open past wins in their own editor. • Your Data, Your Way: Export every entry as a CSV, free, any time, from Settings. Shared briefings and reports no longer carry a disclaimer under your own words, and Recently Deleted has clear Recover and Delete Forever buttons. • A Gentler Start: No sample entry and no permission pop-ups before you've used the app. Reminders are offered after your first win, with a reason. • Details That Matter: Metrics keep exactly the number you type, units appear in your language, tags keep their capitalization, and search shows why each result matched.

Sync that works, and speed that lasts • Your Wins, on Every Device: iCloud sync now works end to end between iPhone, iPad, and Mac. And if sync ever stops, Tenure tells you why instead of failing quietly. • Nothing Lost From Your Wrist: A win captured on Apple Watch now reaches your iPhone even if the app was closed or the connection dropped on the way. • Fast at Five Thousand Wins: The timeline, search, and insights stay quick no matter how long your record gets. • Refunds Without the Hunt: Ask Apple for a refund, or cancel your subscription, straight from Settings. If Tenure isn't for you, leaving should be as easy as joining. • Polish, Everywhere: The export screen no longer clips on iPhone, dates read correctly in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, Arabic letters join as they should, and spacing is consistent across every screen. Opening this version uploads the entries already on your device, so they appear on your other devices for the first time.

This release is about getting the details right. • Saving a log no longer raises a false "Edited on Another Device" alert. Tapping Done just saves. • Settings now tell you when you're not signed in to iCloud, instead of claiming sync is on. • Importing a CSV keeps the impact scores and dates you wrote, and understands more date formats. • If GitHub or GitLab rejects your token, the form comes back so you can correct it — instead of leaving you looking connected with a token that doesn't work. • A careful pass over French, German, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Japanese and Chinese: spacing, quotation marks and the right level of formality. Siri now recognises as many ways of asking in every language as it does in English. • Streak messages in weekly mode no longer say "days" when they're counting weeks. • Smaller fixes: the Monday "Week Ahead" card no longer appears empty, a brand-new entry no longer offers a Delete button, and onboarding keeps Skip available throughout.
