MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT LEAD SOMEWHERE
• Tapping a medication reminder now opens your medications, ready to mark the dose, instead of the home screen
• Last night's dose stays on your list the next morning, marked "Yesterday", so you can still mark it taken or skipped
• A dose left unmarked for 12 hours is now recorded as missed, so it shows in your medication history instead of disappearing. Took it after all? Change it to Taken in History
Thank you for using Masadir Health!

Version 2.4.0
KNOW WHAT EACH TEST IS
Lab reports are full of abbreviations. Now every result tells you what it is.
• Each test shows its full name under the short one — PT reads as Prothrombin Time, TSH as Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone
• Results are grouped under clear headings — Complete Blood Count, Thyroid, Kidney Function, Liver Function and more — in the same order every time
• The review screen shows the full name and heading of each test before you save
• Sample quality checks (hemolysis, icterus, lipemia) have their own heading, because they describe the blood sample, not you
KNOW YOUR WHOLE REPORT WAS UPLOADED
• When you upload a report, the app tells you how many pages it received — "PDF · 5 pages" — before you save, so you can check it against your paper copy
• Uploading a photo? You'll be told that only that one page will be kept, and pointed to Upload PDF for reports with more pages
• The page count also shows on each result and at the top of the report viewer
CATCH MISTAKES BEFORE YOU SAVE
• If a report's date looks wrong — in the future, or years before your other results — you're told, with a one-tap fix like "Change to 22 Apr 2026" or the choice to keep it
• Values that can't be right, like a sodium of 13.8, are marked with the reason, so a misread page doesn't end up in your trends
• Results far from your usual level for tests that normally stay steady are pointed out too
• Nothing is changed or removed without you — untick what's wrong, or choose Save anyway
BETTER WITH HANDWRITTEN HOSPITAL SHEETS
• Handwritten trend sheets are read column by column, so each number lands on the right test
• Large sheets get more time to finish, and if a scan fails you're told why instead of seeing an empty form
• Empty cells are no longer saved as blank results
• Cropped out the lab's name? It's filled in from your other results on the same dates
FIND RESULTS BY DATE
• Type a date in search — 22/4, 22 April or 22 Apr 2026 — to see everything from that day
EVERY RESULT OPENS ITS REPORT
• Before, only one result from each report showed the document. Now every test from that day opens it
• Uploaded several photos for one day? They're listed together, with the total number of pages
• Deleting the result that held the report no longer takes the report away from the others
FIXES
• Photographed reports now open on your other devices, instead of showing "This PDF couldn't be displayed"
• MCHC was sometimes filed as MCH, and urine creatinine as blood creatinine, which mixed them together in trend charts. They're now kept apart, and your trends regroup correctly
• A test recorded both with and without a unit — like Hematocrit and Hematocrit % — now shows as one trend chart instead of two
• Editing a result on a device that hadn't downloaded its report no longer detaches the report
• Deleted lab results no longer come back after the app syncs
Version 2.3.2
• Search your lab results by panel, test or lab — type "thyroid" and get TSH, Free T4 and Free T3
• See matching results as a list or as trend charts
• Share what you found as a PDF, with a chart for each test
2.4.0 Oct 1
Version 2.3.2
SEARCH YOUR LAB RESULTS
Looking for one panel among hundreds of results meant scrolling and hoping you spotted them all. Now you can just ask.
• Tap the search icon in Lab Results and type what you're after
• Search understands panels, not just words. Type "thyroid" and you get TSH, Free T4, Free T3 and the rest — even though none of them is called "thyroid"
• Tap a panel chip instead of typing, if you'd rather
• It knows the abbreviations too: "ft4" finds Free T4, "a1c" finds HbA1c
• You can also search a lab name, a doctor, or words from your own notes
• Results tell you why each one matched, so a test found through your notes isn't mistaken for the real thing
SEE THE TREND, NOT JUST THE NUMBERS
• Switch between a list of results and trend charts for everything your search matched
• Tap any chart to open the full history for that test
SHARE WHAT YOU FOUND
• Share a search straight from the results as a PDF
• Each test gets a chart of its values over time, with every reading listed underneath — value, date and reference range
• The PDF names what you searched for, so nobody mistakes a selection for a complete record
LAB REPORT PDFS OPEN PROPERLY
• PDFs attached to a lab result now open in the app, with pinch to zoom and page scrolling
• Previously a downloaded report could show "preview not available" with no way to read it

Version 2.3.1
MEDICATION REMINDERS
Never wonder whether you took it. Turn reminders on in Settings and the app will let you know.
• A reminder at each scheduled dose time, following your medication's pattern — including repeating cycles
• A gentle follow-up if a dose is still unmarked two hours later
• A heads-up three days before a fixed course ends, so there's time to arrange a repeat prescription
• Quiet hours so nothing wakes you overnight — set your own window, or switch it off
• Each reminder type can be turned on or off independently
OVERDUE DOSES YOU CAN'T MISS
• A dose you haven't marked yet stands out in today's list with a red marker, instead of blending in with the doses still to come
• While anything is overdue, a notification stays in your notification area showing how many and which medications
• It clears itself the moment you mark them, and you can swipe it away or switch it off entirely
LOG A ONE-OFF MEDICATION
Took a painkiller or an antihistamine? Record it without setting up a schedule for something you only take once.
• Tap Add Medication and choose "One-off dose (taken once)"
• No start or end date — just a single "Taken at" time
• It fills in today and now, so most of the time you just tap Add
• Took it this morning? Tap the time and move it back
• Dosage, prescribing doctor and notes are all kept, so your doctor sees the same information as for anything else
• It appears in today's list as an already-taken item, and in your medication history
MEDICATION CYCLES — DAYS ON, DAYS OFF
Some medications aren't taken on a fixed schedule. They follow a rhythm: one day on, two days off, and round again. You can now set that up exactly as prescribed.
• Build your own pattern by tapping each day of the cycle to mark it as taken or skipped
• The app describes the pattern back to you in plain language, so you can check it at a glance
• Start from a preset for the common courses — 1 on/2 off, 5 on/2 off, and more
• Add more than one dose time to each day you take it
A NEW SCHEDULE VIEW
See what's coming, not just what's due today. Tap the menu (⋮) on the Medications screen.
• Week grid — a row for each medication and a column for each day, so a repeating course shows up as a clear pattern across the week
• A seven-day strip shows how many doses fall on each day; tap a day to see it in full
• Switch layouts to read every dose time spelled out, medication by medication
• Month view — the whole month at a glance, with busier days shaded more deeply
• Page through past and future weeks and months
ALSO IN THIS RELEASE:
• Medications with an end date now correctly stop appearing once the course is finished
• Dose times are kept in order, and the same time can no longer be added twice to one medication
• Reminders still arrive even if the exact-alarm permission isn't granted
• Strengthened the Apple sign-in process

Fixed
Duplicate family members - Resolved a race condition where onboarding and cloud sync could both create separate member profiles, leading to duplicates that kept reappearing after deletion

Lab Results trend unit grouping - Results with different units (e.g. 10^3/UL vs µg/L) for the same test name are now charted separately
