DATA AND PAYMENTS • Imports are validated before confirmation, with a content preview and a copy of current data before replacement. • Invoice edits preserve historical details and payment records. • Calculations and payments use each currency's precision, including JPY and KWD; older invoices retain their calculation method. • If saving fails, the form stays open so you can retry. TAXES AND PDFs • Choose which lines are taxable and save a default setting for each product. • PDFs identify non-taxable lines and show the tax calculation base, with improved layouts for totals and long addresses. • A product created from an invoice is added directly to a line. IMPORT FROM YOUR ADDRESS BOOK • A client or business record can now be filled in from a contact: name, phone, email, postal address and photo. • When the contact carries several numbers, addresses or emails, Bill iZi asks which ones to keep — and asks nothing when there is no ambiguity. • Importing is available from the Clients and Businesses screens, and while creating an invoice or a batch of invoices. • Nothing leaves your device: the contact you pick fills in a form you review before saving. • This feature was JPG's idea. Thank you! FULLER CREATION FORM • From an invoice, "Add a client" now opens the complete form — address, logo, every field — instead of the short name / email / phone one. FIXES • "Paid this month" and "Collected this month" count the month an invoice was settled, not the month it was issued: an older invoice paid today finally shows up on the dashboard. • Marking an invoice paid records a payment for the outstanding balance, dated today, in its payment history. • Swiping an invoice offers three actions instead of five — the last ones were out of reach.
