【 Overview 】 CB Interaction Viewer is a macOS developer tool designed to support the development of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) mobile applications and BLE devices. Have you ever struggled with the limitation that Bluetooth is not available in mobile simulators? Rebuilding, deploying, and reconnecting to physical devices for every test cycle significantly reduces development productivity. CB Interaction Viewer enables BLE communication between applications running on the Xcode iPhone Simulator or Android Emulator and real BLE devices. The actual BLE communication is executed using CoreBluetooth on macOS, allowing you to verify BLE behavior in a simulator environment as if you were using a physical device. In addition, the app captures connection state changes and data transmissions, records them, and visualizes them in both table and sequence formats along a timeline. By making typically opaque BLE communication flows visible, it becomes easier to identify issues and significantly improve debugging efficiency for both BLE application and device development. 【 Key Features 】 CB Interaction Viewer provides the following capabilities: ・Enable BLE communication for apps running on the Xcode iPhone Simulator and Android Emulator ・Capture BLE communication events such as connections, disconnections, and data transmission ・Visualize communication logs in a table format ・Visualize communication logs in a sequence format ・Filter communication logs ・Display logs in multiple windows ・Sort and customize table column widths ・High-performance rendering of logs exceeding 100,000 rows 【 Use Cases for Developers 】 CB Interaction Viewer can be used for: Verifying communication flows during BLE application development Understanding communication behavior during BLE device development Inspecting connection and data transfer behavior Capturing and analyzing communication logs during development and debugging 【 Providing BLE Communication to Mobile Simulators 】 This app virtualizes BLE communication processing performed within mobile simulators provided by Xcode and Android Studio. The actual BLE communication is executed on macOS using CoreBluetooth. By bridging simulator apps and real BLE devices, CB Interaction Viewer captures interactions and provides recording and visualization capabilities directly within the development environment. 【 Additional Notes 】 This app is intended as a development support tool to help understand BLE communication behavior. It is not designed for evaluating radio characteristics or signal quality. This app does not modify or extend Xcode or any mobile simulators. BLE communication is executed using macOS Bluetooth functionality. The app will not function on devices without Bluetooth support. Intended for use by developers. CB Interaction Viewer supports developers in improving understanding and productivity through visualization of BLE communication between applications and devices. New ・Log export is now available in CSV and TSV. Only the rows currently shown (after filtering) are exported. ・Added the Δt column, showing the elapsed time in seconds from the previous row in the current table. ・Added the Note column. Double-click a cell to add a per-event memo of up to 255 characters. ・Added a binary viewer (HEX dump) for values, with copy as HEX, ASCII, or full dump, and a toggle to show all bytes of long payloads. ・Redesigned the record detail pane: clearer presentation of values, UUIDs, and errors, plus new "Copy Record" and "Copy Value" actions. ・Redesigned the peripheral detail view: advertisement data, services, characteristics, and descriptors are now browsable as a hierarchical outline. ・Redesigned the structure tree on the left of the measurement screen so connection state and structure are easier to follow. ・Updated the CoreBluetoothMock setup guide (Swift Package Manager steps and supported environments). Fixed ・Fixed column positions being misaligned in the sequence view. ・Fixed the vertical scroll bar not appearing in the sequence view. ・Fixed timestamps not being stored correctly in logs. ・Fixed symbols being replaced with "." in the ASCII display.
