Calorie Tracking Feature Meal Plan • Daily calorie totals now shown on each day card in your Meal Plan — with a ~ prefix when some recipes are missing nutrition data • Weekly calorie total displayed in the week navigation header • When adding a recipe to your Meal Plan, the confirmation shows how many kcal are added to your daily total — or a nudge to calculate calories if the recipe doesn't have them yet Nutrition • Smarter calorie calculation powered by an expanded USDA ingredient reference table (~70 ingredients including Turkish and Middle Eastern staples) • Calories are now cached — recalculating an unchanged recipe returns instantly without using your AI usage quota • An 8% tolerance band prevents noise-level differences from changing your displayed values • Recalculate button now shows smart feedback: "Already Up to Date", "Updated", or "Calculated" depending on the result • Fiber now shown in the per-serving nutrition grid Calorie History (Premium/Basic) • New Calorie History section on your Profile — shows a weekly bar chart for the current month • Navigate up to 3 months back to review your calorie history Other • Generate AI Image button now available in Recipe Detail • Bug fixes & stability improvements
