What’s New in Version 1.2 We are thrilled to bring you a major update to Caelum (StellarSightPro), designed to make your journey through the cosmos more immersive, responsive, and visually breathtaking than ever before! Twinkling Night Sky: Stars now gently pulse and twinkle across the sky with natural, asynchronous animations for a truly living, organic celestial experience. Crystal-Clear Spatial Badges: Replaced heavy 3D text meshes with native, high-definition glassmorphic labels for planets, constellations, comets, and satellites. Tap directly on any badge to inspect and track celestial bodies. Laser Tracking Pointer: Never lose sight of an object! Selecting any star, planet, or satellite now casts a guiding celestial laser beam directly from your menu to its exact location in the 360° sphere. Curated Celestial Events: Jump through time with ease! The Time tab now features quick-access shortcuts to major astronomical spectacles—including upcoming Solar Eclipses, the Perseids Meteor Shower peak, and the return of Halley’s Comet. Interactive Sky Rotation (Couch Mode): Stargazing from your couch? You can now smoothly drag and rotate the celestial sphere horizontally with a simple hand gesture, and snap right back to your physical GPS compass with the Reset Sky button. Lightning-Fast Startup & Performance: Entirely refactored data loading with Swift Concurrency (Task.detached) for instant app launches, smoother frame rates, and zero waiting. Stability & Architectural Polish: Hardened StoreKit 2 purchase pipeline, refined SwiftAA orbital mechanics, unified satellite telemetry, and improved error handling for visionOS.

What’s New: HELIOCENTRIC SOLAR SYSTEM MODE Step outside the Earth’s atmosphere with our brand-new Experience Mode! Switch from the traditional Sky View to a stunning 3D Orrery. Observe the entire Solar System from a "God-eye" perspective, watch planets orbit the Sun in real-time, and witness the harmony of celestial mechanics right in your room. 3D OBJECT INSPECTOR Get up close and personal with the cosmos. You can now "pull" planets and famous satellites—like the ISS and Hubble Telescope—out of the sky to examine their detailed 3D models. Rotate and zoom in on every detail using intuitive visionOS gestures. ENHANCED NAVIGATION & VISUALS • Compass Labels: We’ve added professional 3D markers for North, South, East, and West to your horizon, making it effortless to orient yourself. • Celestial Grid: Enable the new coordinate grid to navigate the sky like a professional astronomer. • Beautiful Stars: Stars have been upgraded from simple points to glowing, circular celestial bodies with realistic atmospheric halos. NEW CELESTIAL OBJECTS • Comets: Track legendary travelers like Halley’s Comet, Hale-Bopp, and NEOWISE, complete with glowing tails. • Satellites: Watch the ISS, Tiangong, and Starlink constellations as they traverse the night sky in real-time. REDESIGNED SETTINGS Enjoy a complete UI overhaul of the Settings menu. We’ve introduced a sleek Sidebar navigation for a cleaner, more professional desktop-class experience. Easily toggle constellations, labels, and environment effects with just a glance and a tap. UNDER THE HOOD • Fixed sky mirroring issues for 100% astronomical accuracy. • Corrected Pluto’s orbital positioning. • Improved Sun and Moon rendering for better depth perception. • Added a beautiful new splash screen with the Caelum logo. • General performance optimizations for a butter-smooth 90fps experience.
