Carbonio Chats connects to a communication environment operated by your organization. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact your IT administrator:
- Your credentials or login QR code are not accepted
- The app cannot connect to your organization’s server
- The app works only when connected to your organization’s network
- Conversations or messages are not loading or synchronizing
- You are not receiving message or meeting notifications
- You cannot start or join a meeting
- Your microphone, camera, screen-sharing, or recording options are unavailable
- A feature described above is not available
These issues may be related to your account, permissions, server configuration, network access, security policies, device permissions, or the features enabled by your organization. Your IT administrator can check your environment and contact Zextras Support when necessary.
If the app closes unexpectedly, displays an unexpected error, or behaves abnormally on a specific device, contact mobileapp@zextras.com.
