Life gets messy. You already know this.
RiseOhana makes it playable.

RiseOhana creates a quest.
Kids complete it and earn points toward rewards your family controls.

### New
- **Reactivate Reward flow on Edit Reward** — opening a deactivated reward shows a warning banner ("This reward is deactivated. Tap Reactivate Reward below…") at the top, hides Save/Delete, and shows a Reactivate button. Form remains editable; Reactivate persists any edits along with flipping `IsActive` back to true. The `IsActive` toggle has been removed from the Edit form — active state is now driven entirely by Delete and Reactivate actions.
- **Parent Skills Dashboard backed by server data** — ParentSkillsDashboard moved from a static placeholder to a server-driven Goals → Skills → Habits hierarchy with empty-state handling. Reads from the existing `/api/skills/family/{familyId}` endpoint.
- **Switch Profile shortcut in the parent gear menu** — jumps to the profile picker without signing out.
### Improved
- **Phase 3 reward scope cleanup** — legacy `Reward.ChildId` and `RewardChildOverride.IsActive` shape removed from API responses; `ChildAssignments` is now the only data model for "which kids can redeem this reward." `LegacyRewardScopeReads` flag flipped to false post-bake. Coordinated with the VersionGate raise so old clients can't hit the new shape.
- **Minimum supported app version raised to 1.1.13 via VersionGate** — clients older than 1.1.13 are now blocked at startup with an update prompt. Required to safely drop the legacy reward shape, since 1.1.12 clients only know about `Reward.ChildId`.
- **Delete Reward simplified** — confirmation toast removed. Delete is immediate; the backend already chooses between hard-delete and soft-deactivate based on whether the reward has redemption history.
- **Edit-screen scope picker reads from `ChildAssignments` first** — forward-compat for Phase 3. Picker selection state now hydrates correctly from the new allow-list shape regardless of legacy field presence.
- **ParentSettings polish** — `hasLoadedData` guard prevents re-load flicker on re-entry to the settings page.
- **ParentQuestGeneration disabled-CTA triplet** — loading / empty / error CTA states normalized for UX consistency across screens.
- **HTTP 4xx logs quieted** — client-side failure logging dropped to a single line; previously dumped full stack traces and request bodies for every 4xx response on cold start.
