You can no longer keep track in your head of which equipment is out, which rental ends tomorrow and who still hasn't paid. A spreadsheet on your phone doesn't help in the middle of a delivery.
LocAki keeps your rental business in one place: add customers and equipment, create a rental by choosing the customer, equipment, price and dates, and follow everything from there. Rentals are split into active and completed, with alerts for rentals that are about to expire or already overdue. On the deliveries and payments screens you see what needs to go out, what needs to come back and what is still awaiting payment — and mark it as delivered, picked up or paid with a single tap. Need more time? Renew the rental with a new end date and keep or adjust the price.

LocAki is free to start, with a limit on new rentals per month. Premium unlocks unlimited rentals and full reports. The app tracks whether an invoice was issued, but it does not issue invoices or bill your customers.

Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your account Settings. Prices may vary by region.
