Happy Lock: Daily Gratitude
No Gratitude, No Screen Time
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Happy Lock turns your screen time into a daily gratitude habit.
Most people pick up their phone 100+ times a day without thinking. Happy Lock flips that: before Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube open, you pause, check in, read a short gratitude text, and then unlock. It's a simple screen time blocker built for people who want to feel better — not just scroll less.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose which apps to block
2. Log how you're feeling today
3. Read a short gratitude text (about 20 seconds)
4. Apps unlock. You move on — grounded and present.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- App blocking — stop the scroll and create space for reflection
- Daily mood check-in — log your happiness level each day
- Curated gratitude texts — short, thoughtful reads matched to your day
- Streak tracking — see your consistency grow over time
- Insights — review your mood history and longest streaks
*All features require an active subscription*
GOOD FOR
- Building a daily gratitude habit
- Reducing mindless screen time without deleting your apps
- Starting the day with intention instead of autopilot
- Anyone who wants a calmer relationship with their phone
Happy Lock isn't a journaling app or a wellness platform. It's one simple action, once a day, before your phone opens. That's it. Small enough to actually do. Consistent enough to actually change things.
Download Happy Lock and start the habit today.
