heva Provider is the mobile companion to the heva platform, built for registered healthcare providers who need to stay on top of patient communications from anywhere.
heva's AI assistant handles routine conversations with patients around the clock. heva Provider is where a provider steps in when it matters: reviewing what the assistant has said, taking over a conversation, and reaching patients directly when a chat isn't enough.
Key features include:
• Inbound — see every patient conversation in one place, with AI-generated summaries, quick filters for alerts and unread messages, and the full message history behind each one.
• heva Relay — reach a patient outside the usual chat window by sending a message or an invoice over WhatsApp, SMS, or email, right from the conversation.
• Escalations — a dedicated queue for conversations the AI flagged as needing a provider's attention, sorted by urgency.
• Fine-tuning — review how the AI assistant responded to real patient questions and provide the answer you'd have given instead, so it keeps improving.
• Morning inbox — a daily briefing of the patients who need a next action today, with the goal and recommended step for each.
• Profile — manage your account details and preferences.
heva Provider is intended for authorized providers only and requires an active heva account issued by your practice.
heva Provider does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making. All medical decisions are made by licensed professionals outside of the app.

This update fixes several issues in Inbound and heva Relay:
• Tapping a conversation in Inbound now always opens it, instead of sometimes doing nothing.
• heva Relay messages now send reliably when addressed to a manually selected recipient.
• The recipient picker in Relay lists patients right away and keeps the search bar visible while you look someone up.
• The "select a channel" reminder now appears next to the Channel section instead of at the bottom of the form.
• Priority labels in Morning Inbox are easier to tell apart at a glance.
