Shepard 1.0.5 — What's New Clinical workflow Voice dictation: tap the microphone to dictate clinical notes and create tasks hands-free. Patient notes can now be attached directly to a patient and linked between screens. Adding a patient now keeps the form visible above the keyboard, so you never lose what you're typing. Fixed an error that could occur when generating handoff sheets. Trauma sheets Trauma sheet now displays MRN and is scoped to the relevant patients only. Any team with "trauma" in its name automatically gets trauma sheet access. Adds patient demographics and clinical data to exported trauma spreadsheets. Existing trauma spreadsheets are preserved — column headers are mapped to the current sheet rather than overwritten. Teams Team owners can now edit team details and transfer ownership to another member. Owners can archive a team (reversible) or delete it entirely.
