RideSync
From an itch to a real ride
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The ride you keep meaning to take, planned properly: real roads, real beds, real numbers. From this Saturday to the far side of the world.
RideSync turns a vague itch for a ride into a real trip — dated, costed, and ready to ride.
TELL IT THE ITCH
Say what you're after in your own words — quiet backroads, two days, home by Sunday dark — and RideSync builds the trip around it: the roads, where to sleep, roughly what it costs.
THE WHOLE TRIP, NOT JUST A LINE
Every trip comes with real roads, day-by-day distances, a budget you can check, and the caveats that matter out there: fuel range, water, dry-weather-only tracks, riding in daylight. Estimates are marked as estimates. Nothing is invented.
RIDE MODE
On the bike, RideSync shows your own planned line and where you are on it — offline, with the map cached before you leave. No turn-by-turn, no voice in your ear, no rerouting. You follow your line; the app stays quiet.
TAKE IT TO YOUR NAV
Export any trip as GPX and open it in the nav app or device you already use.
IT LEARNS YOUR RIDING
The more you plan and ride, the better it reads what you actually like. Learning from your recorded rides is off by default and yours to switch on or off.
SHARE IT
Send a trip to a mate with a link. They get the ride, not your home address.
Built for riders everywhere who would rather be out there.

hes every other gated row. Running the full unit suite after my last edit (DoD 2).
Ran 1 shell command
Identical to the pre-edit baseline — same 2 files, same 7 tests, 12,381 passing. No regression. Staging by path.
Committed 813510a, ran 3 shell commands
The gate fires SENSITIVE — the sweep touched two files under app/trips/**. That's S10 working as intended: paths, not labels. Making the human review one glance:
Ran 1 shell command
All four are comment-only — a spec path in a docstring, zero executable change. Pushing and opening a PR so the review and the Vercel backstop both have somewhere to land.
Made 1 scratchpad edit +56, pushed to gate/p49-one-track-thirty-days, created PR #2309
PR #2309 is up. Now the release notes — checking the copy banlist so they're in voice.
Searched for 2 patterns, ran 2 shell commands
Release notes below. First, kicking off the Vercel backstop on the PR (DoD 17).

Your trip's days each have their own road again.
The app used to match the tracks in a trip's GPX to days by their position in
the file. When the counts lined up it looked right and could still highlight
the wrong day's road. It now reads the day each track names.
A day that can't be routed no longer takes the rest of the trip with it. One
awkward day used to collapse a whole trip into a single line — and take every
per-day GPX with it, the files you load onto your GPS before you leave.
When a trip is stored as one track, the app says so instead of quietly doing
nothing, and offers to re-route it. A day with no road stays selectable and
tells you why, rather than going grey.
Per-day GPX is now per-day: you get the days that are ready and the name of
the one that isn't, instead of all or nothing.
The trip screen is quieter, and the day panel opens on the day you picked.
The app can also pick up fixes now without waiting on a store update.
