wedium - social social network
Real people. Real content.
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Welcome to wedium – the European social network from Berlin.
Get started in seconds:
Download the app, and you’re ready to go—watch videos, discover creators, and like content right away, no verification needed.
Only when you want to post or comment will you verify that a real person is behind your account. This way, we keep out bots and fake profiles without making it harder for you to join.
Discover a world of content:
From politics, knowledge, and food to sports, fashion, lifestyle, travel, culture, and entertainment – wedium already hosts a growing community of creators, media, and like-minded people. And every day, there’s more to explore.
What makes wedium different?
Open to explore, verified to engage – Browse freely, but verify to join the conversation.
Human community management – Real people, real interactions.
Youth protection by design – Closed beta for users aged 13–17.
European data privacy standards – Your data stays in Europe.
Less rage, more community – A space for meaningful connections.
Fair revenue share – Creators and media keep 50% of net ad revenue.
Two feeds – Discover new content or follow only the people who matter to you.
we-time – You decide how long you want to stay.
wedium is still young—and growing every day with the people who join.
